Like many in healthcare professions, I started by searching for solutions to my own difficulties. I was captivated by the effectiveness of Ortho-Bionomy, and committed myself to studying this discipline. Ortho-Bionomy has become my model for practicing kindness, patience, and focus. Chronic pain and a deep desire to feel free have driven me to search, study, and persevere. My personal tendencies to think outside the box, take intellectual leaps, and combine concepts from various disciplines and cultures, have all found a home in the process of helping others like me.

I focus on providing long term rehabilitative changes by addressing postural and motor patterning deficits through a detailed systems model based analysis and proprioceptive interventions.

Using basic critical thinking tools and the frameworks from Chinese Taoist martial arts training, Vipassana meditation and Kundalini yoga provides me with a strong structure for exploring relationships within the human body and its functions as a system that utilizes dynamic distribution of environmental forces.
